Okay converting to gas in a few weeks and I have about 200 gallons of heating oil in my basement tank. Are there any reputable companies that would offer a fair price to pump from my tank to their fuel truck before the contractor removes the tank?

They're not permitted to sell "used" oil, so I doubt you'll find any offering you $$.
