Iron fences are climbable. A smart child can easily climb them over. If you want something nice looking, look into removable mesh pool fences. It's cheaper and it also available with self closing and self locking gates. Guardian Pool Fence has the best quality. Theirs is approved by building codes all across the country. They give free estimates. Try that.

I do not where you reside, but you owe it to yourself , to contact your respective locality and find out what the rules are. And follow them to a '' T ''. You will be protecting yourself god forbid anything happens. Kids can climb just about anything. Do it right all the way.

Just wondering what you ended up doing for your fence.

We just bought a home with an in-ground pool and have been shopping for a mesh fence as well. I already got an estimate from Pool Guard, but do you have any other suggestions or words of wisdom?

If you went with pool Guard, are you happy with it?
