How would I be able to find the property owner of the Melville Mall on 110 ? Whoever they hired to plow the lot was plowing snow into 110. They must have plowed an ice chunk into 110 and it cracked my front bumper. I didn't notice until the next day because it was snowing and I just want to get home.

That will teach you to assume that chunks in the street are not always snow. Doink..you lose.

How the HELL do you intend to prove this. You'd have better luck saying aliens did it.

You'd have better luck saying you hit a 20lb bluefish that was washed up to the Melville Mall as a result of Sandy and putting in a claim in with FEMA. Good luck either way!
