I have 5 purchase and sales agreement copies in my files from property bought and sold in New York State. None of them have the attorney paragraph you have.

Thats about it in a nutshell.
We definitely want this house. Properties on this lake do not come up very often.
I will be discussing this issue with my lawyer on Monday and then we'll see what choices are available to me.

It turned out great! The house was being sold by an estate and one of the children wanted to accept an all cash offer for slightly less. I called one of the children against the advice of my lawyer and spoke to him about out love for the Adirondacks. I don't know if I was influential but within two days our lawyer called and said they rejected the all-cash offer.
