How to rent a house in Nassau County?

I had no idea that rental listings on MLSLI require a fee. Why doesn't the website mention that anywhere.

All this time I thought the listings on there are paid by the landlord.

Renters pay the realtor fees on rentals (not LL's). Sellers pay the realtor fees on homes for sale (not the buyers). I *think* that's right

That's correct.

Downstate New York is one of the few areas in the country where the tenants pay the fee. In most other areas the landlord does.
