A friend of mine got a ticket mailed to her when she went through a red light west bound on 25A at hallock landing - my question is:
Is that camera for west bound only or both at that intersection and how does it actually work? I went through a yellow and now I am scared to get a $50 fine too
Witnessed a car blow the red light on 347 at Stony Brook Rd last week. It nailed into the car which had the green light. Luckily her injuries weren't life threatening. The dirtbag who blew the light tried fleeing on foot. I wonder how much of this the red light cam caught, and whether red light cams will be used for accidents (prooving liability) in the future -- or are they a big cash cow?
