What are they building off the William Floyd Parkway, right by the LIE? (Brookhaven: 2015)

On the southern part of the LIE, right off of the William Floyd Parkway, they are building something big, saw a lot of delivery trucks parked out over there. Haven't heard anything about a big building project there, but well it looks like it could be something like a Costco, but not sure. Was wondering if anyone heard, cause I thought that was one of the sites that they were thinking of for the Casino.

I think theyre starting to widen the roads and stuff.

I couldnt agree more.
Even of they electrified to Medford/Horseblock and expanded Express it would be a huge win for Brookhaven and eliminate the LIRR ClusterF to Ronko gagging the LIE from 66-60 every day.
Thanks. Today I got a better look at the trucks outside, and saw some Budweiser ones there, so that makes sense.
