Does anyone have a link to a map that shows the boundary between Queens and Nassau?

Based on placement of signs for the respective counties, I always thought that on Jericho Tpke., the border was much closer to the Cross Island Parkway, but now I see signs for NYC are further east near Little Neck Pkwy., so I'm wondering if something changed, or if that stretch of land was always part of Queens.

Thanks for the link, but I was hoping for something more detailed so I could actually see the cross-streets dividing Queens and Nassau, if such a map exists online.

Such a map would be interesting if it exists.

Zillow.com has a nice border map between queens and nassau. Search for any border hamlets like Lake Success, or Little Neck.

The border actually runs east-west on Jericho Tkpe from Little Neck Pkwy and Cross Island, so interestingly, all spots on Jericho Tkpe there is a border!

Lake Success is a village in the Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County and Little Neck is a neighborhood in the New York City Borough of Queens (coterminous with the New York State County of Queens.)

Stand corrected about Lake Success. I am guessing Little Neck does not really have an official border then.. maybe just the border for NY City school districts and zip-codes.
