Hoping to find someone who has experience with town code already - any recommendations pls? It's ok if they work with a contractor too. Looking to dormer a ranch and re-do the 1st floor layout a bit.

While we're here, can I ask how long it took people from start (drawing plans) to finish (livable)? I know we have downtime with permits, etc.
