Bathroom Certificate of Occupancy in Manorhaven / Port Washington (house, living in)

My wife and I put in a second bathroom last year without getting permits. We are now looking to sell our house towards the end of 2010 / beginning of 2011, and we will need to get a C of O.

Has anyone had similar experiences with the Village of Manorhaven? What fee's / fines might be involved?
