I figured that a "happy lobster", as you phrased it, would be living in a community where the odds of being dropped into boiling water were almost nonexistent, versus living in a community where there would be a high likelihood of that occurring.

If you are not a Point Lookout resident, can you park on the streets if you do not intend to go to the beach but just want to walk around?

Yes. Be aware of of parking signs though as there are regulations.
Parking is tough. You may encounter a Karen or a Vito telling you that you can’t park in front of their house.
