I don't think that U.S. born children should get automatic American citizenship any longer. We simply don't have this kind of money.
Do you know what this means? Women from other countries come over here only to give birth to get their family's "anchor baby." There are homes that cater to women from foreign countries who live here for 3 months, give birth for FREE at an American hospital, and fly back to their country with the U.S. holding the "tab" for the hospital birth. They then come back with their entire families, requesting green cards and eventual citizenship. Once they do this, they apply for their elderly parents who do not have any form of money or health insurance. We pay for them an at times give them Social Security thanks to Edward Kennedy back in the 80's.
Correct me if I am wrong. We live in California. No wonder there is no money for our own seniors and truly poor.
Problem is many of them are still having more kids when their oldest turns 18.

Well, if it's known that the parents are here illegally then they should be deported. If they are loving parents they will take both their U.S. born kids and their kids they brought here illegally back to their homelands with them. That will solve a lot of the fiscal burden that their kids bring to this country.
Some do get deported, especially if they are here illegally and did not report in to immigration as scheduled.
Some ignore the summons, then act surprised when Immigration comes knocking on their door or they get arrested in a public place.
The federal government. I always like when the federal government shuts down because it gives Americans a chance to see that we can live with a little less government in our lives. Planes won't fall out of the sky, cats won't mate with dogs, and America will continue going on as the greatest nation in history. Every time the Dems shut the government down they prove how useless big government is.

Crazy! as if we would get a baby then we have to pay the hospital bill.
