There were far to many houses to go giving examples...I just search realtor.com...even for Summerlin or whatever between 60k and 80k you get over 200 hits and many are well over 1200 ft, but hey for under 120k even 900 ft is a pretty great deal for a house.
Same for recent sales....
IN northern Summerlin...that is north of Charleston...there are 426 single family homes actively for sale. There are none below 100K, 2 below 125K and 33 below 150K. Condos and Townhouses are a lttle better. 103 total 14 below 100K and 3 below 75K. Similar will be true of southern Summerlin, Green Valley Ranch, Anthem etc.

I suspect you don't understand what you are looking at...
