We were looking at one of the high rises and there didn't seem to be hardly any kitchen cabinetry for pots/pans etc, and no linen closet for extra towels/sheets/blankets -- mundane things like that. My wife asked the sales agent about that & the sales agent again said it isn't designed to live in - it is designed to visit & has a killer view.

Again, perfect for some people - but not for us; my wife loves to bake and wants a very large kitchen with tons of cabinetry for storage. We are looking for a primary residence in a condo so we can "lock & leave" when we want to get away. And we just are not "Queensridge" kind of people. My wife's comment about that development is she feels as if she would need to spend a half hour putting on make-up just to check the mailbox.
I know the feeling. I always look for the holy water font when I enter their lobby.

Try Mira Vista...sounds like what you are looking for...

Streamline is leasing units (so is Allure). I can't imagine Streamline becoming an apartment building, a 1 bedroom was previously(in 2006) valued at $460,000!
