My wife's comment about that development is she feels as if she would need to spend a half hour putting on make-up just to check the mailbox.

I know the feeling. I always look for the holy water font when I enter their lobby.

Streamline is leasing units (so is Allure). I can't imagine Streamline becoming an apartment building, a 1 bedroom was previously(in 2006) valued at $460,000!
