I've checked the apartment ratings online and they're overwhelmingly positive, but it's hard to know if they are authentic. If you know anything firsthand about this rental community (behind Sahara West Libraray in Peccole ranch), I'd appreciate details. Thanks!

Lived there 1 year (then moved to a home).

1.) They got thicker walls than other complexes (hence, better soundproofing)
2.) Clientele living there were alright, didn't notice any riff raff (their prices are higher than others and likely a factor in this)
3.) Staff are good to work with, communicate well (Meghan and Jill), maintenance guys are great/efficicent/courteous/friendly
4.) Area is nice/safe although was never really fond of the other apartment complex in front of Wellington (e.g. occasions of having police cars there, even had a hostage crisis last year in that complex which ended safely but snarled traffic in the morning work day)
5.) They have a nice gym that never seems to be filled and has a squash court

GL in your informed decision

Default Great, thanks!

Thanks for the additional information. I'm definitely willing to pay a premium for thicker walls! That other complex must be Broadstone Talaverra, from a quick aerial view on mapquest. Too bad about the crime there; I love the location near the library and movie theater!

I think the apt complex rjsf was referring to is Summerhill Pointe. I used to live there, back before they went "bad."
Broadstone Talavera is also very nice.
