I do feel bad for what is happing to a lot of people in Vegas with there home prices. But someone lost is someone gain. Far as i am concern if you are retiring soon and you live on the east coast this is the place to come.
Like Florida here you do not have to worry about hurricanes. Taxes are cheaper but car feeds will kill you if you have a new car we pay over 400.00 a year for our regerstration and our car is only worth 15,000. Parking is great driving would be great if people did not try to go from a parking lot to the left lane in all one shot. In my area i find the streets very clean and quiet. Just wish it was easy to make friends here seems everyone stays to theresefts.

Not much support for the title. It's just a city. Seems more like a rant or a complaint. Houses are still selling. While a lot of people are upside down, not everyone is losing out. A lot of people purchased pre boom and they are doing just fine.
