Try Colleens Consignment stores, or one of the Lazy Boy stores.

I bought mine from Walker, and got a good deal, but it seems somewhere between the warehouse and delivery, I have found many, annoying scratches, dents, etc. Kitchen table had a crushed corner and was chipping along the edge, end table was scratched severely on the leg, and the coffee table plastic coating was chipped and had sharp edges, along w/ a big scratch on the leg. It was on backorder, so I tolerated it until the new one came in, but the new one had a chip on the leg, and part of the coating on top was starting to peel up as well. Had enough of sending stuff back, so I turned it to face the couch...whatever.

Rc Willey has nice furniture but more expensive. If I'm not mistaken they're still running their sale for $2,000. Couch and Love seat, or sectional, along w/ a rug, coffee table, 2 end tables, pillows, and a 60 inch flat screen hdtv.

I'm gonna have to check out Colleens Consignment..everyone talks about this place and I've never been there...looking for wall art.

RC Willey has some good deals most of the time to go along with the really expensive stuff. Did you know that Warren Buffet owns RC Willey? Just asking.

I think Walker Furn. sells cheap junk IMO.

I bought a lot of stuff from them a couple months ago for my new home. I didn't have any problems. The furniture is not really high-end but it's good for the money.

I've had good luck with Ashley furniture, RCWilley and JCPenney. The JCPenney store with furniture is on Rainbow.
I agree with other poster's about Walker. Cheap junk. And the delivery people don't seem to care about scratching things up. Many people I know have had the same experiences as Hockeygirl with her furniture. Ever visit their outlet? Really bad junk posing as furniture.

My best delivery experience was with JCPenney. Not a scratch on anything, and they set up things nicely. Bought my dining room set from them and a recliner.

We really like Macy's Home Store on Spring Mtn.

Haven't been to J.C. Penny Home Store on Rainbow in a long time, but I remember seeing good furniture there.
