Only the unemployment office will have the correct information for your specific claim, When my regular benefits ran out last Oct. I qualified for some of the Fed Tier 1 and all of Tier 2. My benefits extension was 33 weeks total. I spent 4 hours in the phone queue waiting to speak to a rep and 20 minutes getting the extension approved.
