Thanks for the replies guys, but there seems to be a bit of confusion.

I'm not looking for any "Style" pizza in particular, just something that isn't oily and has a bit of a crunch to it - A lot of people seem to think I'm looking for Chicago style which isn't the case - I've always found Chicago style to be a bit doughy and extremely heavy.

EDIT: I see now, someone came in to the thread and was looking for Chicago Style.

No I wasn't - I don't like Chicago Style Pizza - at least not the ones I have tried.

I prefer pizza to be moderately light on the toppings and cheese and to be a bit crispy and not at all doughy. I usually like a "medium" crust - about 1/2 to 2/3 of an inch thick.

I've been to the one that just opened on Hualapai. Interestingly, they are listed on a different web site than the other Rosati's in town (myrosatis.com vs rosatispizza.com) - seems to be a difference depending on how the location is franchised.
That is the one I ordered from on Hualapai, it's been open for a while now. I really do think their pizza is gross & I ordered it more than once before I gave up. To each his own.

I've been to Mama Luigi's (on Tropicana west of the 215) only once but liked it and will be back. It's in the Southwest and worth a try.

Another picture of a Rosati's deep dish pizza off Yelp:
I've been to Gino's East and to this day it's some of the best pizza I've ever had. Even the bread is different, can't really explain but it's almost like corn bread but it's not. Either way thanks for the heads up, I've been dying to try out some Chicago style pizza, just found out there's a Rosati's right around the corner from where I live because of this thread.

Default Pizza in Vegas

I'd recommend a place called Manhattan Pizza on Charleston and Durango. I especially like their sauce, and their crust is not too thick. Enjoy.

I second the Rosati's! Even though I am not a big fan of deep dish (too filling) it was pretty darn good. Don't they have regular crust too?

What is "Detroit" style? Just wondering, I usually get $5. Ceasar's pizza's here in MI, only because I am cheap! But, I think we have so many copycat type pizza joints (chicago and such) that I wouldn't even know what would be considered "Detroit", so I just might try and search it out...
