Hey everyone, I will be moving to Las Vegas towards the end of December and was wondering if anyone had a condo they would like to rent out for like 6 months. I just got an internship at a law firm in Vegas and am looking for a place for my fiance and I. I can't get paid for my internship since I'm getting school credit for it, so I will be living off of my student loan money. I will probably only be able to afford around $700 a month (unless furnished or including utilities). If anyone has a condo for rent, or knows of some decent ones for rent, PLEASE let me know! Thanks!

$700 seems perfectly reasonable for a one-bedroom. Plenty of apt. complexes in that range. Heck I just did a search on realtor.com in one zip code in Henderson and found 2 condos. I'm familiar with both of these neighborhoods and they're fine. Rents are really coming down....

Those aren't condos. They are closets! Might as well rent a room in a house. Where is the job at? I know of a 2br near summerlin for 950
