There is currently 11 for sale in Boca if you look in the tax records you will have a more accurate picture regarding how many units have sold. The mls only goes back 6 months.
There is 756 total units in Boca and roughly 36 sold last yr give or take a few.I didn't look up each one to see what kind of sale they were. If you look in the tax records you will see less than half ever sold and seem to be the only ones that keep reselling. The ones that didn't sell are being leased until the bank decides what to do with them. The last I heard from Boca is that the developer was on the verge of bankruptcy and the lender holding the note was trying to find a buyer for the remaining units. It appears nothing has happened.
