was wondering if anyone knew anything about an neighborhood called Silverleaf by Pulte homes in the 89178 zip code; believe its near mountains edge or something. if someone could tell me whats on that side of town [SW vegas i think]. how bad crime is. if its near any shopping centers, if you can see the strip from out that way. anyone that might live near that area, how bad traffic is, what do u like about it over the rest of the valley. just general information. i tried yahoo and google..... but hearing first hand how the area is...is better. any help is good help.

there's lots of shopping along Blue Diamond as well as along Las Vegas Blvd, and near 215/Rainbow and 215/Durango, i like how it is close to the Strip and it is clean and being well-developed with restaurants and shopping...the traffic situation is stop and go during rush hour on 215 and depending on the construction on Blue Diamond it may or may not be congested...
