The Vietnamese nail salons and non-Vietnamese are catering to differing clientele. I think that was the point she was trying to get across. There isn't a need to bash the Vietnamese salons, because women already know the difference between the two types of salons.

I always love how these salons of all types tell you we are accepting new clients. In N Out might be packed with a long line on a Saturday night but they'll never put out a sign saying "accepting more clients tonight". Such a phony attempt at trying to sound exclusive, are some women really that gullible?
