Yes, definitely comparably speaking. I am in MI and if it isn't all green it is all white, so I know what you mean. I was in Henderson when I stayed there so there is very little green there, with the exceptions of the parks and the apt complexes.

Perhaps off topic and if so my apologies, but since RE related thought it would be productive.

"Retuers reports that Citigroup has placed an up to four-week moratorium on foreclosing on some mortgages. The moratorium, which started on February 12, will last until either President Obama has finalized the details of a program for modifying mortgages, or until March 12, whichever comes first. The moratorium applies to mortgages that the bank owns and were linked to homes that are the borrower's main residence".

I also heard JP Morgan will apply the same concept.

Buy quick if you are going to...that sort of action will flip the LV market out of control almost instantly. Big price up and large volume down...Boom...
