Could somebody please tell me what the area just north of Shadow Creek Golf Course between Losee Rd and N. Recose Rd going up to the 215 is like? Is this a nice area? Is it considered a safe area and how far away are the bad parts from this section if it is considered a nice and safe area?

Thank you for all your help.

Hey there cajungirl,

I'll let the locals respond to this one, but I have heard good things about it on this forum, and I bet you're just fine. Do you like the complex? I'm probably going to be moving in there when I relocate. I'd love to hear your first impressions.

Thanks, Jason

Tivoli the Apartments are a new apartment complex on Rainbow near Lone Mountain. There is a Tivoli in Aliante but it is single family not apartments.

Presuming you mean the apartment complex you will be fine. It is a little commercial in the area but otherwise fine. Go walking over the bridge if you like an it will take you into nice ruralish residentals...Couple of reasonable restaurants up the block in the Casino.

If you remember drop us a note in a couple of months and tell us how it works out. I have personally checked that one out as it is in the area where I sell a lot of real estate and I like to have a good apartment complex.

Hi, I've been in the apartments for about two weeks and I love it. They are very beautiful and I haven't felt unsafe one time. Now if I can just get me a parttime job at Sante Fe Station that would be good!

So I have just read this entire thread and I am seriously feeling really overwhelmed. I am coming out at the end of the week to apartment hunt and I feel completely lost. I have an idea where some of the safe area's are but don't know where to start looking. I have the name of one apartment complex (mentioned in the post above) and was going to meet with an apartment hunter source when I got there but somehow after reading all this I get the feeling that the woman I spoke to deals with lower class renters as she completely ruled out the Summerlin area (which I have heard was safe although a little pricier.) . I can afford up to about 1,000 a month for a 2/2. Am I being reasonable? Can anyone recommend a specific apartment complex or even realtor that would know these things? I only have 3 days to look and I feel lost... Help anyone????

First of all, do you know where you will be working? If you don't want to live near your work, I have this months apartment guide on my desk and I can find you a good place for the price you want to pay. Send me a private message and let's see what we can do.
Summerlin is an excellent choice by the way despite what the apt hunter may have told you.
