1st off, I want to thank everyone who took the time to offer suggestions in my original thread. Your input has really helped. It's been a busy week and I'm narrowing my list down... hoping some of you might have personal insight in to the following:

- Sunset Pointe

- Turtle Creek

- The Arabella

- Solevita

- Green Valley Country Club

- Mesa Club

- Montego Bay

-Lakewood Cove

- Crossing @ Green Valley

- Gallery Palms

I've tried apartmentsrating.com and they have trashed just about every single property on the list above. If I was to go only by those reviews, I'd move to Iraq before moving to Vegas.

Thanks for any and all feedback you have.

Rent a condo. If you can't afford a condo take your chances. In general the reviews are mostly correct.

Default Re:

I visited Solevita, they are half condos/half apartments, and I liked the layout. Turtle Creek, I've heard they are one of the best on that side of town.

I don't personally know any of those on your list, but your best bet to see which place is offering the best deal is to do a search on craigslist. Most apartments advertise their specials there.

I personally like the new Broadstone properties, but I've only seen one in the NW. In henderson, I believe it's called Broadstone at Agave.

The other place that would be one of my choices would be Allegro at La Entrada.
