Hi folks, I will be coming to Vegas next month to check out some properties. I haven't been in about 8 years. Then, there were several hotels that had really great rates. I don't need a marble bath-tub with a view of the Harbour, just a bug free, safe room. What days of the week are these rates available? Thanks in advance for giving me some extra dough to spend on fun stuff.

I think you'd be really lucky to get rooms for less than $39 a night during the weekdays. You may want to try places like Palace station, Terribles casino, cheaper downtown properties on Fremont street.
