Well we finally made it out here from New Jersey. We move in to our condo later this week and have begun looking for houses. Really thought we'd never get here. Enjoy hearing from our friends how HUMID and RAINY it is in NJ (What are those things?). Really just wanted to thank you all for your answers to all of my moving questions! Glad to be here and hope to meet all of you at a future get-together.....It's good to be HOME!!!

Welcome. You're just in time for the monsoon season which should hit this weekend. So then you can tell your friends back there about all the rain we get in the desert. This is about when I arrived in 1964 and all the monsoon rain just felt normal. But it doesn't last long and soon you'll be wishing it really would rain once in a while.

I don't know what part of town you are in, but my nephew go his done at a place called Alter Ego on Craig & 15. They have a special going on that is $100.00 for any size car and any shade of tint. I would call them to make sure they still having it going on, because that was last month he got it done. They did a good job. Here is a link to their info:Whatsyourotherside Alter Ego, North Las Vegas, NV : Reviews and maps - Yahoo! Local

be weary of cheap tint jobs, to save money, they will use cheap tint and will not last. It may look nice, but it will fade and lift on you. I think for 35 bucks more, desert tint does a good job and they use premium tint. (lake mead/decatur)

Alta Ego has a lifetime warranty on their tint. So if it does not last, then you go back and have the redo it for free.
