The top of the parking deck at Boulder Station or Green Valley Ranch, almost anywhere off of Hollywood.

I live right off Hollywood and they are the best place for July 4th and New Years. At the corner of American Beauty and Hollywood is a great place--thats where we park

I thought I heard they weren't having fireworks on the Strip. But if they are, since you're a tourist, go down there. For locals, right at the end of Summerlin Pkwy just west of 215 might be a good spot. You can see the whole valley from there.

This is very true. But you need to know that you must get there very very very early to get a parking space as everyone else has the same idea.

Same goes for high elevations like the poster after this says about Sunrise Mtn. I too like to go in that area because it is seconds from my home. Try that brand new park at the top of Lake Mead. There is plenty of parking and not everyone knows about this place yet.

When I lived in Snoberlin we had a house with million mile views. I can tell you that you will see every firework in the entire valley but you will not hear the sound. The sound does not travel from the strip or Texas Station area up to the west side. Strange but true.

All the Station Casino's are doing a 9 minute fireworks display starting at 9:30pm on the 4th.
And don't forget North Las Vegas's Jubilee on the 3rd of July. Every year at Seastrand park off of Camino al norte/camino al dorado. Between Ann road and Tropical.
