What Thai buffet? Im a huge fan of Thai food and only know of a couple Thai lunch buffets. I dont believe there is a Thai dinner buffet here. And I think I know them all and can comment on them all as well.

Sorry, It's been 7 years, and I only was inn LV to use the airport. There were some big billboards near the airport advertising a Thai Buffet--and now that you mention it; it may have only been lunch. But, they claimed to be best in America. So what is the most well know Thai lunch buffet?

You may be thinking of Lotus of Siam on Sahara. It was voted the Best Thai restaurant in America. They do have a lunch buffet but not dinner.

Let me tell you a story about Lotus of Siam. You have heard of Smokie Robinson from Smokie Robinson and the Miracles. If you go enough you just might run into him. Lotus of Siam is his favorite restaurant in LV. One night we were eating my usual seared scallops and a giant Thai iced tea and he walked in with a woman and 2 other men. The whole staff greeted him and promptly locked the main door. No more diners were allowed in and Smokie paid the tab of every single diner in the place. That was awesome!!!! You will find several photos of Smokie and other celebrities hanging on the walls here.

The Tears of a Clown live on.....
