Can anyone tell me what's the difference in Vegas?? Where I live a townhouse or condo is usually 2 stories and an apartment is in a building with at least 8 other units.

Thanks

Condos and apartments are basically the same with usually 8-16 units in one building. Townhouses are usually two stories.

A townhouse is more fun. You don't have to worry about neighbors down below or up above.
Some of the condo's out here have attached garages. So if you live upstairs, you will have the stairs from the garage going up to your unit. Apts will not give you that.

Okay I'm confident that I definetly want a townhouse. lol However, when I search at the usual spots for rentals I NEVER see townhouses!! Is there a special place to look for them???

It's probably because townhome and condo complexes are "for sale" units, while apartments are rental. You can rent townhouses from individual investors/owners, but you're not likely to find any apartment complexes with two-story units. Try Craigslist.

Try the MLS. That is practically the only place where organized lists of townhouse rentals exists. Craig's will work but is a crap shoot.

That's a nice place. Mmckenna just moved there. Ask her how she likes it so far.
The area around there is filled with shopping, restaurants, etc. A good location.
