anyone that supports driveless cars supports their bad health and even their own death as the 5G they will operate on is very toxic to any life form on earth. Think migraines, nervous system and heart problems and cancer.

My tin foil hat blocks all damage from 5G spectrum and alien rays.

LMAO. No one is gonna buy a dying cab company when the whole cab industry is dying.
It's a basic sales tactic. Realtors use it. Car lots use it.

"Oh, you're interested in this thing we're selling that's been for sale for 38 months? Better hurry, we have many people interested."

Vital? Again, lmao. If the cabs went away right now, only the 15 people without a smart phone would be in trouble. Everyone else can get a lyft or uber. Hell the bus still runs too.

I am cool with having a robot tow my race car to the track where I can balls to the wall drive it and then be safely towed back home.

You're too funny! It is the rides shares that are loosing BILLIONS nationwide while LV cab companies make $$$. The ubers/lyft that do it only a very limited time basis are probably loosing money LOL.

The reason why Frias is closing or is for sale is because it was written in the trust that the board of directors had to sell within five years of the owner's death and there's no better time than now for their land that is so close to the new Raiders stadium. The new possible owners can buy the cab companies individually and move them.

Cabs ARE needed in LV and are much more convenient. The casinos where designed to have areas for them to stage or wait while the ride share scene is total chaos! I wouldn't doubt it that the casinos soon will not want that total CHAOS!

Thus, just as in NYC those ride shares could also be limited in their numbers in the future. It would only be fair to have an equal number of cabs vs ride shares. Ride shares outnumber by far the number of cabs!

The first and only time uber showed a profit was 2018 Q 1. Only because of a one time deal in Asia and Russia.

If you are outside the resort corridor, there is no convenience to cabs. I had to get a ride home from Summerlin Hospital after a brief stay. With Uber, I had a driver there within two minutes. With a cab company, I would have been waiting for up to an hour, then paid probably 3-4 times what I paid to get to where I was going.

LMAO. They don't make "profit" because they're constantly spending to expand.
They're about to go public. That wouldn't happen if they were in dire straights.
