I have not bought a new car....ever. The depreciation is too much. And the warranties on used cars are just as good as new ones nowadays.

This was on another vehicle I own. 2007 Chevy Silverado. Bought in Colorado. Colorado does not collect sales tax in the deal, therefore, you must take it upon yourself to pay it at time of registration. The difference in laws caught me by surprise when I moved here because the title was mistakenly filed in here (my future address at the time) instead of Colorado (where my current address was) by the dealership. So we had to make up the difference when we moved here.

i heard Oregon doesnt have sales tax. not so sure about that but im just tossing it out there.
