Been on a road trip and never been so stayed for 3 days. Did the tourist thing (pawn stars, kounts kustoms, haunted museum , fremont street, gambling, some hiking in Spring Mountain wilderness). Such a cool city. I like how housing is decently priced , all the lights at night, constant entertainment going on.

What I didn't like was how bad the homeless situation is and how dumpy several areas looked. Alot of trash on the street and blowing around while driving.

Henderson and Boulder City were cleaner towns .

Never thought of a pawn shop as a tourist destination.

At the end of the day it's just a pawn shop. The "stars" are rarely ever there. Everyone I have heard of that has waited in line to go inside has said it is not worth it!

I went when I first moved here. They weren't there and it was very disappointing. But people still want to see what they saw on tv.

I went to Vamps the same night and some of the guys were there. I wasnt star struck. Was cool to see them , but was more like just seeing someone you havent seen in a long time. The Haunted Mansion was definetly my favorite , being a fan of Ghost Adventures. Also had 2 experiences there. Even though I said Vegas was dumpy, U still like it better than Phoenix. I guess because its not as massive.

Welderup is a much cooler shop than Vamps. But vamps is still worth a trip.

One of my facebook profile pics was taken by one of the welderup guys.
I got to work with Justin, their lead fabricator on a video to promote a welding class.

Actually used to run into the pawn shop crew at Vintner's Garden in Summerlin. They used to meet regularly at the back end of the bar. That was a couple of years ago and there was a fight there so it may no longer be true. The pawn shop boss also frequents our neighborhood sushi bar. He lives someplace around here. As do the sister wives though I would not recognize any of them

What were your two experiences? Did Peggy the doll speak to you?
