Just curious why this area would be of interest to you? In general, the area west of Maryland is crime-ridden. East of Maryland, and the mall proves to be a much more desirable area. For $1300/mo, a 4 br house would likely suit you better.

Yikes! This address is a single family residence. Get real.

Sherriff, sherriff, sherriff... here we go again. Why is it, that I know people who have lived there for years, and years, ans years, with no problems? Great location, close to the Strip - great access to the central Strip..... there are beautiful gated communities in there with no crime at all......

Hey Troop, for a four bedroom, your best bet is to rent a house in the suburbs.

Anywhere west of Buffalo Dr... from the southwest to summerlin to the northwest - anywhere in that large area. It's all new, master planned communities, very very nice. You can get a 4 bedroom house for $1300 easily. And you can be at the Strip pretty fast..... you will be anywhere from 10 to 15 miles to the Strip...

Let me put it another way--even though this thread is moot; to pay $1300/month rent in this area is lunacy.

In these complexes, rents are up to $1000 for 2 bedroom condos, because they are very nice complexes, and close to the Strip.

Now for the complexes are you ready??

Paradise Colony - gated community, condos, very nice. Built in 1985. A lot of second home owners own there, who stay there when they visit Vegas. It is between Embassy Suites and Budget Suites off Paradise, on Elm Dr, between DI and Twain.

French Oaks - at Cambridge and Twain - tucked back away in an Oasis, you'd never know it is there. Gated community, condos, very nice community pool tropical area.

Casablanca - guard gated community, condos, on Royal Crest Circle, nice. 55+, a tropical courtyard to die for, very very nice. They are 5 story buildings.
