Hi / Any advice will be appriciated ! We are couple of students looking for place to live and we don't have
credit score yet. Don't want to live in Siegel Suites and any budget short-long stay places like this. Maybe anyone know the nice apartment complex for this situation ? Up to $850

You can find a 2 bdrm in decent neighborhoods at that price, get a realtor to show you some rental listings.

It might be a problem, if you can show you're a responsible person to the landlord they might overlook negative credit.

Two normal cures. Be prepared to prepay a month or two or have a good cosigner.
