I am looking to buy a home in Las Vegas (moving to Vegas next year), and I am debating buying a single family home vs a condo. I really like the Boca Raton Condos in the South Strip area and think it might be a good investment as well as a decent place to live. But, I have read conflicting things about the number of rental units vs owner occupied and whether the HOA is well funded.

Does anyone have any experience with this community either as an owner or renter? What do you see as pros and cons? I am single and like the amenities such as gym and security, and I think the location is great. Close to the strip, but not too close as I don't want to be in the center of it all.

Appreciate anyone's experiences!
