Gaming regulators: Recreational marijuana won

This would be ridiculous if I actually believed they would wnforce this for people not otherwise causing an issue in their rooms.

Actually you would be surprised on how many people a day try to smoke up in the casino and get hostile when Security is asking them to leave.

if you're cool about it and not smoke out the entire floor, like blowing the smoke into the AC filter intake, light a candle, spray some of your wife's perfume about, you'll never be bothered. Smoke a pipe or bong, not a joint, and cap it after your hit to control the amount of smoke you produce.

Bottom line is don't be a jerk and don't infringe on others around you.

I did a bed swap at the Aria recently. They would clear one floor per night and we would swap beds.
Every single night, without fail, at least one of the rooms reeked of weed.
My point is that people smoke in the rooms now. It's only going to get worse in a few days.

I'm shocked. SHOCKED, I tell you. Round up the usual suspects.

When I was at the Waterfront in Oakland I had to have them switch my room for that reason. I don't care about the smell, but I was in N. Cal for work and could not be showing up smelling like the surfer boys next door. They were hitting it hard and my room reeked.

Let one of them lose a gaming license and what how serious they take it.

I believe the casinos will distance themselves as much as they can.
I think they would fear giving the Feds ANY REASON to stick their noses in the gaming biz~
I do not think you will see smoke shops and lounges in the casinos.

Go to a concert on the strip. You will smell big weed in the venue at times.

Unless Gaming Control can show that the casino actively encouraged drug use, they're not going to drop the hammer.

That's pretty much what I said.

So don't expect the hard rock to start selling logo bongs anytime soon.
I do not see any major players having a weed shop or pot lounge.
