Hi Everyone,

I was wondering what you would consider a starter home in Las Vegas area. I'm looking for your inputs into home square footage, lot size, prices (used) and new construction. I've tried researching and haven't really found any good answers. I appreciate everyone's input.

Depends on how many people would be living there and the standard of living they have. There are those who would live in a one bedroom condo in the worst part of town and think that they were in heaven and those who look down their noses on a house that was 700,000.00

For a family of three I would imagine at lease 1,300 feet and low 200's for a starter home

Think zero lot lines and cookie cutter. It's the way of the future

Depends on where you are starting from financially, but most likely it will be a small new tract home on a tiny lot or smallish older fixer upper/ or flip in a halfway decent area with some useable yard space.

200k or less

I;d tell you the same thing I tell everybody. Get a realtor. If you don't know how to do that PM me and I'll send you a couple of names. It doesn't cost you anything, and only a realtor can answer your questions. It's not as if you'll be high pressured into anything. They don't do that. If they did they'd lose their license.
