Is there any casinos around town that will cash other casinos' chips?

Take them to the cashiers cage. For questionable chips, they have a binder that they refer to with pictures. All they can say is no, and they can't say yes unless you try.

In the early days (1960s and I suppose before {I got here in 64}, and maybe 70s I can't remember when this happened) we used casino chips everywhere. You could buy anything with them in Las Vegas ...anything! - churches loved to get them in the plate. The joke about the chip monk collecting them is not really a joke. Then somebody from Washington made a trip trip to Las Vegas, and he said, "Hey, wait a minute... Las Vegas can't print their own money." And the Treasury put an end to that.

I think if you go to another casino that they will trade them for their own chips.

Table games will let you play them at the table and most cages will cash them out unless the casino puts a hold on high denomination cheques after a theft occurred.
