Lookin for houses in Enterprise and looking for information about this area. I like that it's near Southpoint.

Sure I’ll buy a map and sell it to you for double. Some parts of Paradise extend as far south as Saint Rose Parkway. Paradise also includes the intersection of Silverado Ranch Blvd and Gilespie St which is a block walking distance to Southpoint.
Enterprise is on the other side of the highway and is in no way shape or form walking distance to Southpoint

I'll let you just go ahead and Google map Enterprise. SouthPoint casino is IN Enterprise. How could you not walk there? Gilespie is the Western border of Paradise. You would then walk INTO Enterprise if you were headed for SouthPoint. A map might actually help, since, while the 15 is also in Enterprise, it is not the demarcation line.

I don't know what the fact that a house is in Enterprise really has to do with very much, other then putting it nebulously in the south-southwest area. Knowing what neighborhood/development a particular house is in would yield a lot more useful information.

How could this be disputed?
