I disagree 100%. This is the only time that I somewhat like this town. Give me some rain and clouds and wind. Give me a cold day when I can make escargot and tomato soup and wash it down with old-vine zinfandel.
That's a pretty good day.
But to be fair, I hated it when my hometown got all the way down to the 50s. It was too uncomfortable for diving and spearfishing. Since we lack an ocean, I don't mind it so much here.

My wife and I were just talking about this. She prefers Spring/Fall. I prefer Summer. But we are both not particularly happy with the weather for the past 3 months. My desert is broken

Vegas people so soft. I walked to work yesterday in about 10 degrees and felt fine wearing just a base layer and a normal jacket. Unless you work outside it's all in your head if you think 50 degrees is cold.
