Hey folks,

The Mrs is thinking of a job change.
Anyone know of a nice job that does not involve customer service?

Maybe production or warehouse/picking type jobs?

She will be hitting the employment agencies this week but i figure it can't hurt to ask.

Thanks all

If it's just extra income there are plenty convention and security jobs available. Do a search at
Job Search | one search. all jobs. Indeed.com

Some security jobs are just sitting at a gate such as what the security people do at casinos during an events. Granted they are outside in the heat if pay is close its better than warehouse work. Any who Vegas is all about customer service.

Might make customer service seem like a dream job.

Amazon is hiring right now, both for their distribution center and some new hubs about to open. Physically and mentally demanding jobs though, not for the weak.

She may like it, she may not but she wants to try something completely new.

She just applied for a full time gig making sandwiches for the airlines from what she told me.

We have an acquaintance that does amazon. Works in returns. Does not sound too bad from what she tells us. of course YMMV as to what is hard or stressfull.

My buddies working Amazon are still in peak season, which translates to five twelve hour shifts per week. They were enticed by the two year bonus, curious to see if they bail after that.
