Can anyone tell me which is the "best"casino to work in............I want to move there from South Africa and can really use some info........

What kind of a job are you looking for? Casinos are almost like cities - there's just about any kind job imaginable in each one.

Correct, I recently had a stint up at Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe and getting a H2B Visa was easy enough for me but that's only because they're a crediable company and do it year in year out, many people at the US Embassy in Auckland, NZ got rejected for simple things.

Supply, demand, and of course the all-important "referral" are the difference. For example, when the MGM opened, they ran a "French" roulette pit. I would venture to guess, those required for such an operation, were recruited, hired, and "fast tracked" through red tape. If one from outside the US can produce an asset deemed valuable by the powers that be, ie; skills, players list, etc. regulations can be "hurdled" with olympic speed.
