As an old millenial (or very young Gen-Xer) I appreciate the change in thinking and marketing....

Nice article. Imagine what that article would have been like in the LA Times, a paper that has always hated Las Vegas. They even properly said Las Vegas Boulevard South, instead of improperly saying South Las Vegas Blvd. (There is no North LV Blvd, so LV Bl has always been identified as LV BL N, and LV BL S.)

It was nice to see the renderings of the developments coming. I think they're right in what they said about people continuing to be curious about Las Vegas. The history and notoriety of LV may continue to attract people like fans to celebrities.

Great article. But I'll believe those two hotels on the North side will be built when I see it.

I am looking forward to the Arena at NYNY and the new Park shopping plaza leading into it. And of course an new NHL team.

Have you seen the time lapse movie of the Arena Construction. It's very very cool to watch.
Arena Ext - Work Zone Cam - Streaming Time-Lapse

And this is the interior of the arena and it's just as cool to watch, maybe cooler. It's shorter too.

It's only been that way for over 75 years. Maybe in another 75 years they'll find some other place to be fans of -- Nah!
