Split up the drive into 2 or even 3 days and take your time. I'll be driving from Pennsylvania to LV with my GF in a few weeks and got a Hilton Amex which gave us 60K points for spending $1K so we found a bunch of Hampton Inn & Suites for 10K points each and will make the drive a long road trip with free nights in hotels. We'll be taking 4-5 days for our drive.

That area will be nice and central for you to drive around and check out areas all over the valley.

Whew yeah that will be a drive. I have driven from Bethlehem area in PA to Mississippi and it took me 2 days. I believe we will split this into 3.
