So i switched to time of use a few months ago... this is the first month that i believe i will be charged time of use...

why is my energy snapshot email that i receive weekly show the time of use plan and the "live bill" on nevada energy's website does not ... 2 completely different amounts...

the snapshot is showing $20 and the website shows $53..

the website does not show that i am on time of use

I Have "electric Vehicle" time of use - I also am waiting to see what my first bill looks like.

I believe the website shows the cost to date including the basic service charge. The snapshot does not include the basic service charge.

the basic service charge is 12.75 so i am clueless..

Where do you see "snapshot"? When I log in, I just see my Smart Meter highlights, Usage, etc.. I don't see snapshot anywhere on my account page.

The snapshot isn't on the website. I can't remember where you sign up for it, but it's an e-mail they send you weekly telling you how much energy you've used so far that month and your bill to date.

It's the same (or apparently similar) info you get on the website, just sent to you in a weekly email.

Ah, right on. Thanks. That goes to my wife's email, so I haven't seen it.
