Where can I currently find fireworks for sale in Las Vegas? I'm not talking about anything big or deadly, but just basic stuff little kids would use. I heard that during July 4th you could buy them at a whole bunch of places. What if I wanted to buy them today though? Any help would be appreciated.

They are illegal for the rest of the year, until right before July 4th next year. You might try the Moapa Indian Reservation north of town.

Pahrump and the Paiute travel plaza. And pretty much only Pahrump and the reservation. Those parking-lot fireworks stands that dot the town shut down on the 5th. They'll reopen for New Years.

There's the Moapa Indian casino/Chevron station that sells fireworks just about 40 miles North of LV on I-15.

Which is pretty widely ignored partiulary for the light stuff.

Putting big stuff into the air though I would be more cautious.

I believe fireworks are still illegal for New Year's Eve. Only legal for like 7 days around July 4th in Clark County.

I've never noticed the 4th style Safe and Sane fireworks stands opening around New Years.

Most of the time fireworks are not sold for New Years Eve unless you have a year round fireworks store near you. You need to stock up over the 4th of July for new year. I don't know if Nevada allows year round fireworks stores or not, But if they do they should be in the phone book.
Good Luck
