Why me of course. I know somewhat more than Millie about the west side.

Spanish Trails is a very "ultra" golf tract in the sw...Tropicana at Rainbow. It has a range of housing from smaller condos to multi-million dollar mansions. The place is mildly expensive per square foot and has very high HOA fees. It is a very nice place. A very nice residence for an affluent golfer. It is less than 15 minutes to the Strip.

The surrounding area however is nice but conventional tracts. Built mostly over 10 years ago and mostly not as nice as the equivalent areas of Summerlin or Green Valley.

With "near" as your qualifier, how can you miss? I once "nearly" reached greatness, I once "nearly" hit the powerball lottery, and I currently reside "near" the movers and shakers in LV.

That site has information about Aliante wrong. We are not west of Decatur. We do go west to Decatur, north to Grand Teton, east to Clayton and south to Centennial Parkway.
