Very true. But while I was in line I did come across a few people that did not have a cell phone. In exchange the DMV employee said they could just use the last 4 numbers of the home phone. That does them no good if they are still waiting for 2 hours.

I have to admit that with the population in the Valley increasing every year, I think that building more DMV locations would be wise. It may help to maybe have a location in the southwest area and possibly a couple more express locations in other areas. I think the only express location is in N. Las Vegas. In Chicago the DMV process is a lot faster than Vegas but they also do things a lot differently.
